Mathematics

About

OMC offers an accelerated mathematics program, with the goal of placing students in Calculus or Statistics with Oxnard College their 12th grade year.  Students will complete the standards for Integrated Math I, II and III in 9th and 10th grades, then move to Precalculus for 11th grade.   These standards include algebra, geometry, probability and statistics, trigonometry, and the introductory standards in calculus.  Students will learn number sense and real-world applications, leading to Math for Financial Literacy during 12th grade.
